Our payment methods - flexible and secure

With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely. Select the payment method ‘PayPal’ during the order process, log in to your PayPal account with your e-mail address and password and confirm the payment - your order is on its way to you.

Payment by instalments with PayPal
You can pay for larger purchases conveniently in instalments - flexibly and according to your needs. Choose a term of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months * Special repayment or early repayment is possible at any time and at no additional cost. This option is available from an order value of €99 up to a maximum of €5,000. After selecting the ‘PayPal’ payment method, you will find the option to pay in instalments directly in your PayPal account.

PayPal Express
It's even faster with PayPal Express: you will be forwarded directly from the shopping basket to PayPal, where you can check your address and payment details. After confirmation, you will return to our site to finalise the purchase.

PayPal Pay later
You want to buy today but pay later? No problem! With the ‘Pay later’ option, you have the flexibility to pay your invoice at a later date. Simply select PayPal as your payment method and activate the function in your account.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can register for free in just a few minutes. Paying with PayPal is always free for you.

With the invoice payment option, you can easily place your order and pay only after you have received the goods. The invoice amount is due within the period stated on the invoice, usually 30 days after receipt of the goods.

You will receive all payment details, such as the amount due, the bank details, and the intended use, directly from our partner RatePay. Please make sure to enter the correct intended use in your bank transfer to ensure that your payment is allocated quickly.

This payment method gives you the opportunity to review the goods at your leisure before paying – simple and risk-free.

Important notes:

• Transaction limits: Invoice payment can be used for transaction amounts between €5 and €2,500, including the shopping basket value, shipping costs, and applicable fees (incl. VAT).
• Credit check: A credit check will be conducted by RatePay for the use of this payment option.
• Late payment: Additional costs may apply in the event of late payment.

Returns and refunds:
In the case of returns, we will handle the refund in cooperation with RatePay. You will receive the refund within a few days after we have processed your return.

Please note that refunds can only be made based on our instructions. Always contact us first if you have any questions or complaints.

With the direct debit payment option, you can have the invoice amount securely and easily debited from your bank account. This service is provided by PayPal, which verifies all relevant information. Alternatively, the debit can also be processed via your credit card. As with other options: You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.

The amount will be automatically debited from your specified account – saving you time and effort.

We offer you ApplePay, a secure and convenient payment method specifically designed for iOS users. With ApplePay, you enjoy an efficient and seamless shopping experience without having to re-enter your card details.

Have you already added your credit or debit card to the Wallet app? Then you can use ApplePay directly with us. Simply select ApplePay as your payment method during the checkout process. How does advance payment work?

• After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all the necessary details, including our bank account information.

What happens after payment?
Once the payment is received in our account, we will process your order immediately. The items will be shipped according to the delivery time specified on the product detail page. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Important notes:

• Your order will be reserved for 30 days. If no payment is received within this period, the reservation will be canceled, and the order will be automatically deleted.
• Please note that the processing time may take up to 2–3 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
  

If you would like to pick up your order personally, you can conveniently pay in cash on-site. This payment option is ideal if you want to save on shipping costs and take your items home directly.

How does cash payment work?

• Select the Self-collection option during the checkout process and choose Cash payment as the payment method.
• After completing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pickup appointment.
• At the agreed time, you can pick up your items and pay the amount in cash on-site.
