We offer you a variety of payment options so that you can make your purchase as uncomplicated as possible. Whether digital, traditional or cash - you will find the right payment method here:
PayPal / PayPal instalment payment / PayPal Express / PayPal Pay later
With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely. Select the payment method ‘PayPal’ during the order process, log in to your PayPal account with your e-mail address and password and confirm the payment - your order is on its way to you.
Payment by instalments with PayPal
You can pay for larger purchases conveniently in instalments - flexibly and according to your needs. Choose a term of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months * Special repayment or early repayment is possible at any time and at no additional cost. This option is available from an order value of €99 up to a maximum of €5,000. After selecting the ‘PayPal’ payment method, you will find the option to pay in instalments directly in your PayPal account.
PayPal Express
It's even faster with PayPal Express: you will be forwarded directly from the shopping basket to PayPal, where you can check your address and payment details. After confirmation, you will return to our site to finalise the purchase.
PayPal Pay later
You want to buy today but pay later? No problem! With the ‘Pay later’ option, you have the flexibility to pay your invoice at a later date. Simply select PayPal as your payment method and activate the function in your account.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can register for free in just a few minutes. Paying with PayPal is always free for you.
Purchase on invoice
With the invoice payment option, you can easily place your order and pay only after you have received the goods. The invoice amount is due within the period stated on the invoice, usually 30 days after receipt of the goods.
You will receive all payment details, such as the amount due, the bank details, and the intended use, directly from our partner RatePay. Please make sure to enter the correct intended use in your bank transfer to ensure that your payment is allocated quickly.
This payment method gives you the opportunity to review the goods at your leisure before paying – simple and risk-free.
Important notes:
- Transaction limits: Invoice payment can be used for transaction amounts between €5 and €2,500, including the shopping basket value, shipping costs, and applicable fees (incl. VAT).
- Credit check: A credit check will be conducted by RatePay for the use of this payment option.
- Late payment: Additional costs may apply in the event of late payment.
Returns and refunds:
In the case of returns, we will handle the refund in cooperation with RatePay. You will receive the refund within a few days after we have processed your return.
Please note that refunds can only be made based on our instructions. Always contact us first if you have any questions or complaints.
Credit card
With the credit card payment option, you can pay conveniently and securely using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. This service is provided by PayPal, which verifies all relevant information. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
Your data is transmitted securely and encrypted, ensuring a hassle-free payment process. The amount will be charged directly to your credit card after you complete your order.
Debit note
With the direct debit payment option, you can have the invoice amount securely and easily debited from your bank account. This service is provided by PayPal, which verifies all relevant information. Alternatively, the debit can also be processed via your credit card. As with other options: You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
The amount will be automatically debited from your specified account – saving you time and effort.
ApplePay
We offer you ApplePay, a secure and convenient payment method specifically designed for iOS users. With ApplePay, you enjoy an efficient and seamless shopping experience without having to re-enter your card details.
Have you already added your credit or debit card to the Wallet app? Then you can use ApplePay directly with us. Simply select ApplePay as your payment method during the checkout process. In the final step, confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode – fast, simple, and secure.
After successful authorization, you will be directed to the order confirmation page, and we will immediately begin processing your order.
Google Pay

Prepayment
With the classic advance payment option, you pay for your order securely and easily in advance. This method is free of charge and offers the advantage that your items are reserved for you while you make the payment.
How does advance payment work?

What happens after payment?
Once the payment is received in our account, we will process your order immediately. The items will be shipped according to the delivery time specified on the product detail page. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.
Important notes:
- Your order will be reserved for 30 days. If no payment is received within this period, the reservation will be canceled, and the order will be automatically deleted.
- Please note that the processing time may take up to 2–3 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
Cash payment on collection
If you would like to pick up your order personally, you can conveniently pay in cash on-site. This payment option is ideal if you want to save on shipping costs and take your items home directly.
How does cash payment work?
- Select the Self-collection option during the checkout process and choose Cash payment as the payment method.
- After completing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pickup appointment.
- At the agreed time, you can pick up your items and pay the amount in cash on-site.

Shipping conditions
We deliver within France and to the following countries:
Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria and Romania.
Exclusion of deliveries to islands:
Shipping to the following islands is excluded:
Hiddensee, all North Frisian islands, all East Frisian islands, and Chiemsee.

Deliveries to France and Other Countries
Shipping within France is free of charge.
We also offer free shipping to the following countries:

For deliveries to Bulgaria, a shipping fee of EUR 10.00 per package applies.
For deliveries to Romania, a shipping fee of EUR 50.00 per package applies.
Deliveries to French Overseas Territories
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to French overseas territories.
Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend the service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch.
This service handles all customs formalities and delivers the goods directly to your doorstep – quickly, affordably, and fully cleared through customs.
Delivery times
The delivery times vary depending on the type of goods. Please always check the delivery times specified directly on the product.
- Stock items:
Orders for stock items are generally delivered within 1–3 business days within Germany and within 5–7 business days for international deliveries. - Dropshipping or cross-docking:
For items delivered via dropshipping or cross-docking, delivery times may vary. These are individually noted on the respective product.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Note for orders with different delivery times:
If you order items with different delivery times, the order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability. This ensures that you receive available items as quickly as possible. The delivery time for each package is based on the availability of the items it contains, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Information for battery disposal
In connection with the sale of batteries or with the delivery of devices that contain batteries, we are under obligation to bring the following to your attention:
As the end user, you are legally under obligation to return used batteries. You can return old batteries, which offer or have offered in our new battery assortment, free of charge to our dispatch warehouse (dispatch address). The symbols showed on the batteries have the following meaning:
The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin means that the battery may not be discarded with the household waste.
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 percent by mass of Lead
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 percent by mass of Cadmium
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 percent by mass of Mercury.
Please pay attention to the above instructions.
Electrical and electronic equipment - Information for private households
The Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) contains a large number of requirements for the handling of electrical and electronic equipment. The most important ones are summarised here.
1. separate collection of waste equipment
Electrical and electronic equipment that has become waste is referred to as WEEE. Owners of WEEE must dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. In particular, WEEE does not belong in household waste, but in special collection and return systems.
2. batteries and accumulators
As a rule, owners of WEEE shall separate spent batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed in the WEEE from the latter before handing them over at a collection point. This does not apply if the WEEE is handed over to public waste management authorities and separated from other WEEE there for the purpose of preparation for re-use.
3. possibilities for the return of old appliances
Owners of WEEE from private households can hand it in at the collection points of the public waste management authorities or at the take-back points set up by manufacturers or distributors as defined by the ElektroG. An online directory of collection and take-back points can be found here:
4. data protection notice
Old devices often contain sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications technology devices such as computers and smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the end-of-life devices to be disposed of.
5. meaning of the symbol "crossed-out dustbin"
The symbol of a crossed-out dustbin regularly displayed on electrical and electronic equipment
indicates that the respective appliance is to be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
6. Producer´s WEEE registration number
